Januarisman's Twin ?

There is another contestant in Indonesian Idol 5 which almost have the same story like Januarisman. He also a singing beggar (pengamen), young, and have good fluency in guitar. His name is Dede Richo, a contestant from Medan - North Sumatera.

Actually, in my own opinion I think with his charming look and kind of funny and easy going character he will be the nearest competitor for Januarisman in the competition. But let's look at coming weeks for this 'prediction' :)

Workshop Round (1)

I'm waiting for tonight performance of Januarisman at Indonesian Idol 5 Workshop round in RCTI at this 9 pm Jakarta time. Januarisman, hopefully you won't dissappointed me and the thousands of your other fans.

21:15 update : So tonight workshop is for the girls and Aris will not perform. He will compete tomorrow. Ok guys, since this blog is about Aris so I'll update you by tomorrow. See ya !

Aris profession is a singing beggar at Jabotabek and Terminal Kampung Melayu electrical passenger train. Daily, Aris departed from home at around 1 am and went back home at 9 pm. Initially, Aris joined Indonesian Idol without his wife's permission who feared that once Aris being famous, Aris will tend to have an affair and left her for another woman. Actually Aris just want to give the best for all three juries. As Aris thought that it is them who have given him chance to reach this far. He eagerly want to win to prove himself and to make his wife and son happy.

The most unforgettable experience in his life is when he fallen into small river and when his father being a jobless and thus cause their family's economic in uncertainty condition. This force Aris gave up his school and push him into street's life. For the time being, his idol is Hady Mirza whom he admits has an unbelievable performance and also good looking.

Uniquely, Aris which actually has an asthma feels good when he smoke. When he is busy at work, he hardly take a nap or rest. The only thing he need is having smokes.

Jakarta Audition - UnCut Version

This is uncut version which is posted by sepatusendal in YouTube. I don't know who really sepatusendal is, but many thanks for posting the original version.

In this audition Januarisman actually sing 3 songs (1 without guitar). The songs are (in order) :
1. "Rasa Yang Tertinggal" by ST12
2. "Rahasia Cinta" by Kerispatih
3. "Akhir Cerita Cinta" by Glenn Fredly

Elimination Round and Conflicts

This is the first elimination group stage performance for Januarisman, Endy and Baby. The group was not confidence enough to perform. Januarisman was regarded as a single fighter performer who cannot accomodate the other two. Beside the conflict that occurs, all seems to perform well in the stage. And the judge still like all of them - which Titi DJ think have strong voice character.
